A true snapshot of the season inspired by the tipping of local spruce trees. The “new growth” of the spruce trees contributes a distinctive coniferous character and loads of Vitamin C. Paired with Chinook hops this crisp IPA is brimming with a unique piney-citrusy personality.

Stout - Irish Dry
O’Hooley’s Irish Stout was created to honor O’Hooley’s, a 90’s era brewpub, that was purchased in 2005 and became the Jackie O’s Brewpub that we all know and love today.

Stainless steel fermented American Sour Ale refermented on tangerines, pineapple, and ginger. 

Wheat Beer - Fruited
Razz Wheat is a classic local favorite originating from the brewpub in Athens, Ohio. Natural raspberry puree is added during fermentation giving this beer a unique and playful personality. The rosy haze and sticky head embody a continuum of sour sweetness held together by a wheat back bone.
