An evolution of our legendary Beire de Creme, Tart the Cherry began its journey as a humble Belgian style Cream Ale. After aging for 40 months in French oak barrels, a refermentation on Michigan Balaton cherries lent a deep and rich fruit profile to the beer’s beguiling base. Like a piquant, extravagant cocktail, the addition of pink peppercorns and pink lemons provided a touch of spice and a lively floral accent. Expect notes of soft oak and succulent citrus pith, finishing tart like a cherry.
