Like great vines traversing the landscape, the history of wine’s migration across the globe can be traced back for thousands of years. Inspired by the arduous task of transporting wine by sea, this mixed fermentation Saison style ale was brewed with nori and sea salt and aged in Vin Santo casks for two years. A thoughtful refermentation on Syrah and Viognier grape musts brought Vinous Diffusion carefully to shore, offering notes of dark berries and dried fruit balanced with salinity, acid, and tannin.
