Rack & Ruin
Imperial Stout
A collaboration with Buxton Brewery, Rack & Ruin was inspired by the flavors of Derbshire Oatcakes and Bakewell Pudding. After brewing this rich and complex stout, it was aged in bourbon barrels for 14 months and conditioned on vanilla beans, almonds, cacao, and pecans.
