Polycephaly is the rare condition of having two heads. In partnership with Winking Lizard Tavern, we present 2 distinct beers. Polycephaly 5 is a rich blend of bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stouts that were conditioned on pounds of Madagascar vanilla beans. Waves of creme brûlée and toasted marshmallow characters provide a decadent sweetness unlike any beer we have created before.
