This Lichtenhainer style ale was brewed in collaboration with our good friend at Brussels Beer Project. Using sour culture from both breweries, this harmonious concoction was conditioned on grilled lemons, providing tart jabs of acidity to the traditional subtle smokiness of the style. A deep and complex beer brewed in good company.
