A chance encounter with a particularly special crop of Cashmere hops during hop selection led to the creation of this delectable Hazy DIPA. Distinct strawberry tones from a heavy inclusion of Cashmere in the dry-hop are balanced with citrus and mango notes from Citra and Centennial Cryo, with a gentle addition of coconut and pineapple from Sabro.
