For this lightly dry hopped Continental style Pilsner, we set out to brew an easy drinking Pils relying on crisp imported barley, a touch of rice for levity, and a dash of Munich malt for depth. This crispy brew was hopped with classic Czech Saaz and German Smaragd hops, radiating delicate floral and earthy undertones.
