Mixed fermentation Saison style Ale brewed with rice, Szechuan peppercorns, and blackoolong tea. An experimental collaboration with Great Leap Brewing in Beijing, China. Bright and tart with lovely floral notes accompanied by a lightly numbing peppercorn finish. Dry and effervescent.
