The Cellar Cuvee project is based on the art of blending. Nine unique barrels of Imperial Stout from deep within our oak cellar were carefully chosen to create this thoughtful blend. These exemplary barrels were set aside for extended aging from 18 to 25 months. Serve at cellar temperature to unleash notes of nutty cacao, honeycomb toffee, and marzipan.
