Inspired by a particularly expressive crop of Cashmere hops found during hop selection at last year’s harvest, Under a Cloud boasts notes of nectarine, candied orange, and tropical fruit. Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Ekuanot hops bolster these tones, held aloft by a mash featuring lots of fluffy malted and flaked oats. Heavy-handed dry-hopping makes Under a Cloud one of our most aromatically explosive IPAs to date.
