Inspired by a particularly expressive crop of BRU-1, Under a Cloud boasts notes of nectarine, candied orange, and tropical fruit. Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Citra Cyro hops bolster these tones, held aloft by a mash featuring lots of fluffy malted and flaked oats. Heavy-handed dry-hopping makes Under a Cloud one of our most aromatically explosive IPAs to date.
