Polycephaly is the rare condition of having two heads. In partnership with Winking Lizard Tavern, we present 2 distinct beers. Polycephaly 7 is a robust blend of some of our finest bourbon barrel aged Stouts and Porters. After careful consideration, 4 varieties of cacao nibs and 3 varieties of vanilla beans were chosen for conditioning – over 100 pounds in total! Expect waves of chocolate and vanilla paired with notes of crème brûlée, bright caramel, and rich nuttiness.
