During 2021’s hop selection, we happened across the most outstanding lot of Simcoe we had ever smelled. We decided on the spot that we had to brew a Single-Hop Simcoe DIPA to share this experience. Tremendous notes of citrus and tropical fruit are carried by a grain bill with lots of fluffy oats and fruity ale yeast.
