Les Deux Silos a mixed fermentation saison inspired by Rosè. This 18 month oak barrel aged honey saison was conditioned on Cabernet Franc grape skins for five months. This saison presents light and crisp with notes of lemon, supple dark berries, fresh strawberries and a touch of vanilla from the barrels.
