High Five Reserve

American Sour ale brewed with honey and aged in bourbon barrels

Reaching new heights of honey character, this special batch of High Five Reserve was brewed, fermented, and bottle conditioned with one of our favorite local delicacies. We started brewing our oat Saison with vibrant orange blossom honey in the kettle, then it was laid to rest in oak barrels for 23 months where it refermented on loads of local wildflower honey. To naturally carbonate this alluring beer, we primed each bottle with even more wildflower honey.
