Final Entropy is a reinterpretation of the classic Kolsch style ale. Through inspiration and collaboration, Jester King Brewery and Jackie O’s have gently coaxed this style into a playful eccentric. Primary warm fermentation with our house mixed saison culture, then lagered for 5 weeks at cool temperatures. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% bottle conditioned.
