The BrewPub

Jackie O's Brewpub is a hub of experimentation. 50 to 60 different beers are crafted each year on our 7 barrel brewing system. The pub brewers craft year round favorites like Firefly Amber, Razz Wheat, and Mystic Mama IPA, countless seasonal brews, barrel aged behemoths, sour beauties, and some wicked on-offs. Many times, local inspiration triggers new brews to be developed and brewed. We have experienced some great success using local ingredients such as, paw paw fruit, black walnuts, maple syrup, spice bush, lemon verbena, coffee, and pumpkins. Using local ingredients allows the pub brewers to add terroir and personality to our brews that only Athens can provide.

Our barrel aged beers have caught the attention of beer lovers from across the globe, and our bottle sales have become infamous. The spirit of exploration, character, and quality drives our little brewpub, creating something truly unique and enjoyable.
