With the ever-present sustainability push, we decided to use spent grain in our pizzas in 2006. In 2009, with our expansion into the Public House, we were afforded more space to bake goods for you to enjoy. Our pizza dough, the very beginning of our bakery, is very unique and prepared in a Hobart mixer.

Since that time, we have been slowly replacing all of our bread products with our own baked goods, creating more jobs and a buzz around Athens. Our products can be found at the Farmers Market and a number of other restaurants/groceries in the area.
